We source venues and book conferences and events for clients across the UK ranging from interview rooms for two people up to conferences and events for delegates in the hundreds.
We take the brief from you on location, number of delegates and any additional requirements such as IT facilities, LED screens, specialist lighting, a stage and lectern, a dance floor and DJ, a public speaker for the evening, or dining for your delegates. We then come back to you with a variety of options which suit your budget and requirements and then liaise with the hotel on your behalf to ensure a seamless event. You can be involved as much or as little as you like.
You will be appointed with an event coordinator from our office who will be your contact from start to finish and can organise site visits for you if required.
Following the event, Accommodations UK’s experienced accounts staff go through the invoices with your appointed conference co-ordinator to ensure that you are not invoiced for any charges which were not authorised.
