Our main aim is to get the best possible rates for our clients at hotels and conference and event venues. We personally negotiate with hotels to get the best rate on the day and we have corporate rates set up with many hotels due to the volume of bookings we make. We are completely independent therefore not tied to any particular brand and we are not dictated by what rates we can book.
Whether you need one room for one night or one hundred rooms for a month, we will always strive to get you the best rate that we can. We always compare the rates we are offered with the hotel’s rack rate (standard selling rate) and any special offers which are being sold online or directly with the hotel. We will always strive to be as competitive as possible with our rates.
Our biggest competitor is not another agency. The battle we are constantly fighting is to match, or beat, the prices given on the Internet, either directly from the hotel’s website or on price comparison websites. As we are not dictated by what we can and can’t book and because we are real people speaking to real people we can find out what’s really going on rather than what the computer says.
If a hotel is showing as fully booked online, we will still call the hotel, check for cancellations, put guests on wait-lists, request call-backs, and failing that we would find suitable alternatives as close as possible to the desired location.
